We are excited to offer live online privates, duets, and class sessions for our clients. Each private and duet session is specifically and especially tailored both to a client’s needs and to what equipment they have available in their home–whether reformers, mats, foam rollers, therabands–whatever is available! You will need access to a smart phone, tablet, or computer to participate in sessions or classes.
Private online sessions
Sessions are custom-designed for each individual. All fitness levels are welcome. Sessions take place via FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom. Private sessions are one hour long.
Single Session: $75
10 session package: $700
5 session package: $365
Duet online sessions
Duet sessions are designed taking into account both people’s individual needs and available home.
Single session: $50

Online Group Classes
We offer three live multi-level classes on Zoom every week. Pilates mat is Monday 9:45 am. The Core, Sculpt, Stretch class is twice a week, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11 am. It is a combination of mat Pilates, sculpting exercises with yoga stretches. Classes are limited to 12 people.
