At Radiant Pilates we enjoy working with people of all age groups and fitness levels. All sessions are tailored to address each person’s needs with care, attention, creativity, and fun.
Private Studio Sessions
Our private sessions are one-on-one with the instructor, affording the most individualized instruction. Those who are new to Pilates apparatus start their Pilates journey here and many choose to keep private sessions for the heightened personal attention.
Duet and Semi-Private Studio Sessions
Our duet and semi-private sessions have two or three people working with the instructor together. (Note: During the pandemic, we do not offer sessions larger than two people and there are never more than two clients in the studio at one time.) Duets and semi-privates are tons of fun, and still allow the instructor to address individual needs well.
